Privacy policy

1 · What we collect

Enquiry data. When you submit a quotation request we store what you type: company, email, WhatsApp or phone number, destination, product category, programme type, order volume and your notes. We also record the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and where present the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here.

Visit data. We set one first-party cookie, _fkv, holding a random 32-character identifier. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, lasts one year and is used only to count visits, pages and referral sources on this site. It is not shared with anyone and is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-M47C7RBBN0) to count page views, sessions and traffic sources. It sets the _ga and _ga_<suffix> cookies (up to 13 months) and receives the page URL, the referring page, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser details. Google LLC processes this data on our instructions from the United States. We do not send enquiry form contents to Google, and we do not enable Google signals or advertising features.

Technical logs. For each visit our server records the page path, the referring URL, the IP address, the browser string and a country, region and city derived from the IP address by a lookup table held on our own server. On a submission the IP address is additionally used to rate-limit abuse and block automated spam. We use this to see which pages produce enquiries and to keep the site free of spam.

2 · What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• We do not import your email address into a marketing sequence — a reply to your enquiry is the one message you get, plus the quotation you asked for.
• We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.

3 · Why we are allowed to hold it

We process enquiry data because you asked us to quote — it is necessary to take steps before entering a contract. Visit statistics and abuse logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and free of spam. Google Analytics runs on the basis of your consent where your law requires it for analytics cookies, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in understanding which pages attract buyers; you can block those cookies at any time. Where your local law requires explicit consent for business-to-business contact, sending the form is that consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

4 · Who sees it

Enquiries are visible to our export department and to the customer-relationship system we use to answer you. Our email is delivered through a transactional mail provider. Page-view statistics are processed by Google LLC as our analytics processor under its data-processing terms. These are processors acting on our instructions; none of them may use the data for their own purposes. We do not transfer enquiry data to unrelated third parties, and we do not publish it.

5 · How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for as long as we are required to keep commercial correspondence for accounting and export-documentation purposes. Visit records are kept while they remain useful for the statistics described above. You can ask us to delete an enquiry, or the visit records linked to your cookie identifier, at any time and we will do so, unless a legal retention obligation covers it — in which case we tell you which one.

6 · Your rights and how to use them

Write to 9perfect@vip.163.com and ask for any of the following. We answer within 30 days.

• A copy of everything we hold about you
• Correction of anything inaccurate
• Deletion of your enquiry and contact details
• A statement of where the data came from and who has seen it

7 · Cookies

We set the first-party cookie _fkv, described in section 1, and the session cookie that keeps an administrator logged in to the back office. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<suffix> cookies also described in section 1. We run no advertising or profiling cookies. You can block the analytics cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on; the site works the same without them.

8 · Changes

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. Material changes affecting how enquiry data is used will be stated at the top of the page for 30 days.
