Quotation
Itemised FOB sheet — shell, hardware, lining, labour, packing — with validity and lead time stated on it.
Sampling
Prototype in 7–10 days on existing shells; 15–20 days with artwork development.
Tooling
New moulds 35–45 days. Tooling ownership terms stated in the contract up front.
Production
25–35 days after sample approval, with a weekly production photo report.
QC & Shipment
In-line and finished-goods inspection to AQL 2.5/4.0, or your own inspector on site.
